Refund Policy

  • HEERO does not offer traditional refunds on completed work.
  • Because each website is custom-built, we do not offer refunds once a project has been delivered and approved.
  • If you are unsatisfied with any deliverable, we will work with you to address your concerns.
  • We believe in earning your continued business — not locking you in.

Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may cancel at any time.
  • Upon cancellation, the client will not be charged for the following month.
  • There is no early termination fee or penalty for canceling.
  • To cancel, email info@heeroweb.com with your cancellation request.

Dispute Handling

  • All disputes should be submitted in writing to info@heeroweb.com.
  • We are committed to resolving any issues quickly and fairly, directly with the client.
  • Where helpful, we are available to discuss disputes via video call.
  • Payments are processed via Stripe. For payment-related disputes, clients may also contact Stripe directly.
  • Timelines and revision scopes are negotiated with each client prior to project start.

Privacy Policy

  • HEERO collects only the information necessary to provide our services, including your name, business name, and email address.
  • We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
  • We may use your contact information to communicate project updates and relevant service information.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe's privacy policy.
  • You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@heeroweb.com.

Terms and Conditions

  • By engaging HEERO for website services, you agree to the following terms.
  • Services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • HEERO retains ownership of all code and assets until full payment has been received.
  • Client is responsible for providing timely feedback and approvals to maintain project timelines.
  • HEERO is not responsible for third-party service outages (hosting providers, DNS, etc.) beyond our reasonable control.
  • These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
